DESCRIPTION:
This beautiful tour takes you on a nature hike at the Arenal Observatory Lodge, where, on a clear day, you will get a perfect view of the Arenal Volcano. On this hike you will learn about the flora and fauna in the area, and watch for wildlife with your knowledgeable guide. You will make your way down to a waterfall where you will have the chance to swim in the beautiful pool at the base if you wish. Your tour will continue into dusk where you will have the chance to see and hear the nocturnal wildlife just waking up. On this tour you will happen upon a frog pond at dusk where you can keep an eye out for nocturnal frogs! Upon making your way back to the lodge you will be able to visit a museum where you will learn about the Arenal Volcano and wildlife in the area. After your hike, you get to enjoy the natural hot springs river where you will be given a drink and natural volcanic mud mask before you return back to your lodging relaxed and ready for bed!
