Boat Safari and La Fortuna Waterfall Tour

DESCRIPTION:

Experience two of the most beautiful locations in La Fortuna on this guided half day tour.  

 

Start your day with a safari along the Peñas Blancas River. Floating down this calm and peaceful river, you will be able to observe the native flora and fauna. Your naturalist guide on board will bring your attention to wildlife along the way, including different species of sloths, monkeys, tropical birds, and so much more. 

 

Before heading to the next part of your journey you will stop to visit Don Pedro Farm. Here you will get to learn about the farm and enjoy a Costa Rican snack.

 

After exploring the jungle by boat, you will be taken to La Fortuna Waterfall. Descending down 500 steps through a trail through the rainforest, you will make your way down to the stunning La Fortuna waterfall. After taking in the awe-inspiring beauty of this natural wonder, you will have the chance to swim in the natural pool of beautiful, pristine water.

 

After a morning full of exploring, you will be taken to a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch!
